The Citizen Computing Institute
After more than a decade absence, Issue #18 of Reset will pick up from where we left off in 1989, covering important developments in activist computing. We also plan to provide regular news and commentary on critical issues facing a world hurtling toward media convergence on the global Internet. Guiding our editorial concerns are the principles of democratic accountability and equitable access. We would eventually like to use our interactive database skills to enable various forms of participatory journalism on the site.

We are building an archive of old Resets. Below are the first and last of the 1980s Resets. The remainder in between will appear before long. Also, we hope to eventually include "Where are they now?" hyperlinks for the many people and groups who continue to be engaged in interesting forms of activist computing.
